It was a rough week at the Lodge only one buck taken and only one more arrow flung. Last year this week was a butt kicker. That should be good news for my later hunters.
There is a new crew in today and my buddy Rudy had 5 bucks by his stand and was ready to shoot an 8 pointer when the 8 pointer changed direction.
Have one farm where we spotted 32 scrapes. Things are looking up.
