Burt went down and sat in the same tree Nick sat in the day before. Burt had his choice of 3 bucks a decided to end his hunt so he could relax a few days in Oklahoma City with his buddy Nick.
Bob and Rudy had more close calls this morning and I'm guessing one of them is going to score before friday afternoon. Rudy is 73 and looks 55 and can really hunt. Bob is a very good patient hunter and I'm thinking he will get his chance soon.
We are expecting 50 pheasant hunters this weekend so we will switch gears for 2 days before the deer hunting resumes.
