It was a cold weekend but the fishing held up well. My freind Andy and i caught 55 crappies in an hour and a half Friday evening. Saturday was cold and cloudy and with a north wind.
We managed a nice bunch of walleye and crappies. Leon caught some nice crappie and whites in his boat. I'm looking for the Whites to start some surfacing in the coming 10 days and really get with the program around June 22. I smell something stinking and I'm sure its my chum pile getting ripe for the month of July. I will be night fishing at the end of june and would be a good time for some of you to come down and get reaquainted with the Rader Lodge fishing program. Going to be catching some nice white bass the end of this month after dark.
Take care and keep your hooks sharp!
